The mansion of E.A. Alexandrovskaya was built in 1882, designed by architect Nikolai Vasilyevich Nabokov. A three-storey building built of stone with an understated ground floor. The facade of the building is decorated with numerous stucco decorations. The building has balconies with carved wrought iron grilles. The windows on the third floor are arched with stone locks.
