Detailed description
The mansion of O.V. Serebryakova is located near the mosaic courtyard of Vladimir Lubenko. There was already a building on this site in 1819. The mansion was built in 1900-1901. It is a three-story corner yellow brick building with arched windows. In the 2000s, the TV series "Secrets of the Investigation" was filmed here. In 2020, the European University in St. Petersburg bought the building at auction for 250 million rubles. The house is classified as a national heritage site.
