Maltese Chapel
Detailed description
Catholic Church of the Knights of Malta. It was built by architect Giacomo Carnegie in 1798-1800. The architectural style is classicism. The church is part of the Vorontsov Castle complex. The main volume of the temple is rectangular and has a dome in the shape of a cylinder. The interior space is divided by two rows of artificial marble columns. The altar is represented by an apse with columns and is installed close to the wall.
