The two-storey building, built in 1837-1839 by architect Dimmert. The interiors of the main suite of halls have been preserved in the Baryatinsky mansion. The palace has been renovated, the molding and ceiling painting have been restored. Today, the building houses the City Center for calculating housing Compensation of the Housing Maintenance Committee of the Administration of St. Petersburg and the tax Inspectorate.
