Detailed description
The apartment building of N.M. Nelgovskaya was built in 1910-1911 by engineer S.A. Barankeev. The house was built in the Art Nouveau style. The building has round bay windows and a turret. It is because of the height of this tower that we can say that the building is the tallest on Voskresensky Avenue. The facade is decorated with textured plaster, brick - "wild boar", and the balconies are decorated with wrought-iron grilles with various ornaments. The interior boasts stained glass windows, broom tiles, wrought iron and stucco.
