Apartment house of N.I. Olonkin

In 1876, the apartment building of I.M. Alonkin (N.I. Olonkin) was rebuilt by the famous Russian architect Kuzmin Alexander Viktorovich. F.M. Dostoevsky lived here in 1864-1867, as evidenced by a commemorative plaque on the facade of the building.
