N.I. Stern's apartment house

The building was built in 1895 by Krieger R.I., and the house housed the French Mark and Co. bakery, which also housed a workshop. In 1913, the house was reconstructed by Katzenellenbogen N.D. and it became the "N.I. Shtren Apartment Building". It was at this time that the two houses 10 and 12 became one whole household. Today it is a 6-storey residential building with a hotel inside. The interior of the building retained its historical design, including moldings and various decorations.
