Treasury Chamber - The House of Sonya Marmeladova

The Treasury Chamber was established in 1780. In 1920, the building was two-storied. The appearance of the building on the Griboyedov Canal has changed a lot. During the Soviet period, two more floors were added to the house, and now this four-story structure, as well as the facade decoration, has been changed to the so-called "Stalinist classicism."
