Detailed description

The building of the First Cavalry Corps was built at the end of the 18th century. The author of the project was architect Vasily Bazhenov. The house is a two-story brick structure, built in the shape of the letter "G". The facade is decorated with a portico with columns, which is crowned by a pediment in the form of a cocoanut. The building is divided into three rooms inside. After the revolution, the building was transferred to house the Council of People's Deputies. In the middle of the last century, the building was given to a music college. In the late nineties of the XX century, the building was renovated, and the administration of the Tsaritsyno Museum-Reserve began to be located inside.
