Detailed description
This house was built in 1903-1904 by architect Konstantin Kohenderfer.
The building has different floor decorations.
On the ground floor there are rooms intended for various organizations and are distinguished by a significant height of windows. There are two more entrances to the office premises, each of them is located symmetrically in its part of the facade.
The second floor is residential. It is decorated with rusticated wood. The arched windows are decorated with sandricks. Both the third and fourth floors have the same decor in the then-fashionable "brick" style. Decorative pylons with flutes are installed on the windows.
The three floors are represented by two almost identical wings, their windows are united by massive sandriks and triangular pediments.
The building is finished with a high attic floor.
