Apartment house of M.P. Kudryavtseva

The construction of the house of M.P. Kudryavtseva took place in the period 1874-1876, and was primarily intended for renting apartments. The author of the building project is architect I.V. Shtrom. There is also a monument to the "Defenders of the Fatherland of the twentieth century" in the courtyard of the house. Currently, the house of M.P. Kudryavtseva is recognized as an important object of cultural heritage of the region.
