Detailed description

Tsaritsyno has one of the smallest palace buildings. It was built in 1776-1778. It is located at the top of a pyramid hill and is adjacent to the Grand Palace on the right side. The most striking element of the small palace is the personal monogram of Catherine II, made of white stone. It is located on the roof of the eastern facade of the Small Palace. After some time, it became a symbol of the Tsaritsyno Museum. It can be seen at the main entrance to the park. It is an object of cultural heritage.
