Apartment house of N.V. Bezobrazova

The construction of the apartment building began in the 18th century by architect A. I. Lange, then Yu. Yu. Benois. The building has been rebuilt many times for different owners over the years. The semicircular bay window is particularly impressive. Such famous people as Dostoevsky, Rubinstein, Pestel, Polonsky and others stayed in this house. Inside, the beautiful painted ceilings have been preserved to this day. It is a residential building, multi-apartment, in the style of Stalinist neoclassicism and partly Art Nouveau style, in one of the rooms there is currently a kindergarten.
