Detailed description
This building was built in 1913-1915 by architect S. S. Korvin-Krukovsky, who was one of the authors of the project. The facade is made in the style of the Italian Renaissance.
It consists of three main parts: the front building, the hall and two courtyard wings with rooms for employees. The front building houses savings banks, a lobby and a manager's office, an office and three apartments.
