The mansion of V.S. Kochubey
Detailed description
The Art Nouveau mansion was built between 1908 and 1910 for Prince Kochubey.
Not much time passed between the completion of this mansion and the revolution. When the Soviet Union began to gain strength, the Kochubeyev family went abroad. For a long time, various medical facilities were located in the mansion.
Today, Kochubey's mansion is a business center. A restaurant occupies part of the premises, and other parts, including old outbuildings, are leased to various organizations by the new owners. The design of the mansion combines authentic details from the early 20th century and modern furniture added during the restoration.
