Tchaikovsky Apartment House

The apartment building was built in 1911 according to the design of engineer Karl Karlovich Koch in the neoclassical style. There was a snack bar and a tavern selling strong drinks on the ground floor of the building. For more than a hundred years of the building's existence, there have been no changes in it, except for the lost corner turret.
