Apartment house of P.P. Porfiriev - E.M. Rosen

The first house on this site was built in the middle of the 19th century, then it was rebuilt. Evgenia Mikhailovna Rosen was a famous baroness, she kept a conservative-right monarchical salon in her house, where very famous and influential people of those years came, but later investigators listed her as a dangerous person for the people's government. But during the war, Rosen converted a large apartment into a soldier's hospital and did it completely selflessly.
