Detailed description
The house was built by architect I. O. Ruban according to his own design. The facade is made in the neo-Renaissance style. In 1891, V. A. Kolyanovsky rebuilt the living and office premises. Many sworn lawyers rented offices here. Currently, the entrance is controlled by a concierge, there is an intercom and a video camera. There is no elevator. The building is located near the government of St. Petersburg.
