Profitable house of the joint-stock company Builder

The house was built in 1912-1915. Architect J.G.Gevritsa worked on his project. The walls of the house are lined with red Finnish granite marble. The facade is made in the neoclassical style with Art Nouveau elements. This structure is decorated with cylindrical columns without bases and capitals, massive rectangular balconies between them. Large bay windows with huge semicircular windows and huge pilasters.
