Detailed description
The assembly was established in 1790. In 1903, the plot on Srednyaya Podyachesky Street was put up for sale, and in March 1904, the actual owners of the plot on Srednyaya Podyachesky Street became. Initially, it was assumed that the building would house a theater. The building is now a monument of federal significance.
