Detailed description
The house was built in 1912. The architectural style is a combination of neo-Baroque, Art Nouveau, and eclecticism. The building is located near the Neva River. The building is a six-storey building, the central facade is emphasized by two single-tiered bay windows on the second floor, above them are six columns with a high entablature, there are arched windows inscribed in the wings. There are also two four-storey outbuildings with corner bay windows overhanging the basement level, forming a small outdoor courtyard. The writer and publisher V. G. Korolenko and singer Edita Piekha lived in the house for some time. It is currently an apartment building. Nearby are the Nekrasovsky Garden, St. Anna Annenkirche Evangelical Lutheran Church and the Russian Railway Museum.
