The mansion of N.K. Bol - K.A. Gutheil was built in 1839. The building was built of wood and built on a brick foundation. In 1887, the building was reconstructed under the supervision of architect Gavrilov. The stone house was built on an old foundation. Above the main entrance was a mezzanine with a decorative balcony. There were three main rooms inside the mansion. The living quarters were located at the back of the mansion. The mansion was decorated with floral stucco, and the main entrance had an attic, a balcony, and a mezzanine with arched windows. The famous first owner was merchant Nikolai Bol, who later bought the house from entrepreneur Karl Alexandrovich Gutail. In the late 1980s, the building was transferred to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation. In 2016-2017
, the restoration of the building was carried out. The roof was repaired, the facade and interior were restored, electricity was provided and a modern ventilation system was installed. After the renovation, a cosmetic clinic was opened in the building. The building currently belongs to the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
