A sign on the site of the demolished chapel
Detailed description
A memorial sign was erected on the site of the destroyed chapel on August 1, 2004. It is located on the site where the temporary chapel of the Fraternal Cemetery used to stand. The monument is a white wall consisting of three connected church domes. In the central part of the monument there are two narrow oblong holes in the form of loopholes. An Orthodox cross is placed in the upper part of the sculpture. The lower part is interspersed with cobblestones. A memorial plaque is installed in the center of the sculpture: "In 1915-1925, the chapel of the Moscow City Fraternal Cemetery was located at this place."
