The Church of the Holy Martyrs Elizabeth and the Nun Barbara

The temple was built in the early twentieth century at the Arbatets cemetery at the Sergiev-Elizavetinsky shelter for veterans of the Russian-Japanese War, which was organized in 1907 by Grand Duchess Elizabeth Feodorovna. After the revolution, the temple building housed shops, bank branches, and various businesses over the years. At the end of the 20th century, the building was transferred to the parish of St. Sergius of Radonezh on Khodynka.
