Detailed description
The estate, founded by I. F. Volynsky at the end of the 17th century, became the property of Prince V. M. Dolgorukov in the middle of the 18th century. During his lifetime, the classic architectural ensemble of the estate was created, which has been preserved to this day. After the sale of the estate by the Dolgorukovs, its owners were various clans, and at the beginning of the 20th century, the estate became a cultural center associated with Moscow symbolist poets. Today, the estate is an architectural ensemble with the main house, service wings, the Church of the Sign, a chapel tomb and a landscaped park with artificial ponds.
