Detailed description
The uninhabited building was built in the 1770s by a St. Petersburg architect-Mason, the founder of pseudo-Gothic. The second floor was added in 1840. When the entire estate was completely restored for the first time in the period from 1953 to 1956, the wing began to be used for various purposes: library, housing office or park management.
