It was built in the XVIII century. Mikhalkovo Manor was built in the classical style and consisted of the main building and several adjacent buildings. All the buildings were built of red brick. In the middle of the 18th century, the property was owned by Ekaterina Romanova Dashkova-Vorontsova. This woman left a bright mark in the history of Russia, helping Catherine II to seize the throne, but was forced to leave the country and sold the estate to Nikita Panin. During his reign, the main house and gates with towers were erected, greenhouses, orchestra seats and a landscape park were laid out, the front yard with wings were equipped, and the Golovinsky Stream was expanded. In 2017, a park was opened on the estate, it was landscaped, children's and sports grounds were opened, pedestrian and bike paths were laid. Today, Mikhalkovo Manor is an architectural and cultural monument and is open to the public. On the territory of the estate you can see numerous gardens, flower beds and parks, as well as a beach.
