Detailed description
The apartment building was built in 1894 by architect Evgeny Feliksovich Brzhozovsky for Navy Lieutenant Yuli Pavlovich Korsak. The house is brick, finished with plaster, metal parts and forged products decorating the facade. The neo-Renaissance style. After the revolution, the house was nationalized. Currently, the building serves as an apartment building and is included in the list of cultural heritage sites.
