Detailed description
The building was built at the beginning of the 20th century. The house belonged to the merchant of the third guild Konstantin Frantsevich Zeger. The project was designed by architect V. D. Adamovich. It is a two-storey brick building. The central part of the building is slightly forward. The facades are decorated with elements of the Gothic style: the roof is crowned with turrets with spires. The main facade is decorated with stucco. There is a balcony with wrought iron railings on the second floor.
