House of F.V. Baur
Detailed description
The construction of the mansion took place between 1781 and 1784, even before the construction of the river embankment, and it is for this reason that it advocates the so-called "red line". It is a two-storey building in strict forms without decorative elements on the facade. Some rooms have preserved decorative elements made in the early 19th century. In 1924, Anna Akhmatova lived in the house, and Sergei Yesenin was a frequent guest.
