The mansion, built in 1900, was built for State Councilor Ananii Vladimirovich Ratkov-Rozhnov. The facade of the six-storey building is decorated with four bay windows supported by sculptures of Atlanteans. A special feature of the building is an arch on four floors, through which you enter a large courtyard. The facade of the building impresses with its grandeur and is undoubtedly a work of art due to the abundance of decorative elements. The residents of the house were the Golitsyn family and now it belongs to the housing stock.
