The house of the head of the site
Detailed description
In the Cherepanov passage near the railway in 1903-1908, architect A. N. Pomerantsev built a beautiful small house with an owl. The house was intended for the head of the Likhoborsky section of the Moscow District Railway. During the Soviet years, the house housed a polyclinic, then it was abandoned. And it was only in 2018 that they began to restore it. Nevertheless, the house is one of the main architectural attractions of the Koptevo district, whose residents insisted on its restoration. To date, the exterior of the house has been preserved without significant losses. There is a permanent owl on the facade of the house.
