Apartment buildings were intended for renting out residential premises from the middle of the 19th century, right up to the Great Patriotic War. Each house had its own architectural feature, and many houses that have been preserved since those years still create a historical atmosphere around them. This apartment building was built in 1905 by Vasily Ivanovich Shene. The house has neoclassical features.
