Openwork house
Detailed description
The Art Deco-style openwork house was built back in 1939-1940 using the large-block construction method. The building is a monument to experimental housing construction. The facades of the house, which are a combination of concrete grilles with floral ornaments and monolithic windows, especially attract attention. A distinctive feature of the house is the decoration of the inter-window spaces with round medallions.
