Detailed description

The artillery pillbox of the Moscow Line of Defense is one of the surviving fragments of the engineering defense of the Battle of Moscow (September 30, 1941-20, 1942) of the Great Patriotic War. Due to its elevated position on the eastern bank of the Moskva River, this training ground had a wide viewing angle. The preserved permanent structures of the Moscow Defense District (MO) are made of reinforced concrete, which is its traditional material, with various types of construction.
