Detailed description
During the war, the substation was a symbol of life in the besieged city. She powered the trams that ran through the city. The exhibitions feature the memories of Leningrad residents who recorded the blockade tram as a symbol of victory.
The museum exposition is divided into two parts. In some rooms, visitors can get an idea of the careers and lives of those who worked at the substation during the siege of Leningrad. It houses a unique archive of wartime photographs, combat leaflets, household items and portraits of substation workers.
