E.S. Soykina's apartment house
Detailed description
The apartment building was built in 1911 by civil engineer Heine V.V. The house is built in the Art Nouveau style of stone, with six floors and four entrances. After the revolution, the house was nationalized. For many years, Tamara Nikolaevna Mikhaleva, the oldest artist of the Leningrad Porcelain Factory Bezpalova, lived in the house. In 2007, the building was included in the list of protected sites.
