Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. Front desk opening hours 09:00 - 22:00. The deposit is returned on the day of departure after checking the apartment. Bookings made during the holiday period will require a double deposit. Upon check-in guest is required to present a passport. Free bed linen is provided according to the number of beds in the apartment, at the rate of one double set for one double bed or double sofa. Each additional set costs RUB 500.00. Free bath towels are provided based on the number of guests, based on one towel per guest. Each additional bath towel costs RUB 300.00. Early check-in and late check-out service is available for an additional fee, the cost must be clarified in advance. Accommodation with animals is agreed in advance. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. It is forbidden to hold any entertainment events, holidays, gatherings of brides, card tournaments and the like, the apartment is intended only for living in them. Guests requesting a different use of the apartment must contact the hotelier in advance. In some cases, the hotelier may agree, but this is not guaranteed.
