Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. Front desk is open 24/7. For stays of 1 night only guests pay an additional cleaning fee of RUB 2000.00. For bookings longer than 1 night, no additional cleaning fee is required. Paid separately: accounting documents for business travelers and a receipt with a QR code are provided upon request. The deposit is refunded if the property is safe and the rules of accommodation are followed. Rules of accommodation: Smoking is not allowed, including electronic cigarettes. It is forbidden to hold parties and noisy events. Guests are required to take care of the property of the apartment. Rules for the provision of bed linen: Bed linen is provided according to the standard rate as part of the stay: There is one double set of linen for each double bed. There is one double set of linen for each double sofa. If guests prefer separate sets for each person, additional sets are available for an additional fee and by prior arrangement. Contact information is provided on the booking confirmation. Check-in is carried out remotely. In case of violation of the rules of accommodation, a fine in the amount of an insurance deposit will be charged for smoking and/or noise from 22:00 to 07:00. Early check-in/late check-out is possible by prior arrangement for an additional fee. The opening hours of the support service are from 09:00 to 23:00. After booking, the manager will contact the guests via WhatsApp, the access code will be provided after full payment and sending the identity document.
