Detailed description
The house was built in 1902 under the supervision of civil engineer V.N.Sokolovsky. At that time, the house was owned by the wife of the colonel of the Life Guards Cavalry Regiment, E.A.Tizdel. The last owner before the revolution was Colonel N.N. Bobrikov of the Life Guards Cavalry Regiment. The Art Nouveau style. The house is four storeys high, with corner turrets and typical Art Nouveau decorations on the facade.
