The Pokrovsky Temple is a monument to the Moscow Battle of 1941.

The Pokrovsky Memorial Church is located in the village of Ruzino, Moscow region. It was created in memory of the great Battle for Moscow in 1941, which became the turning point of the Great Patriotic War. The temple was consecrated in 2001 and became the center of commemorative events dedicated to the heroic defense of Moscow. It is a beautiful building in red and white tones, decorated with golden domes. Inside the temple you can see icons dedicated to military saints and heroes of the Great Patriotic War.
