Detailed description
In 1904-1906, a building was built along Sadovaya Street, designed by architect A.L. Lishnevsky in the Art Nouveau style. The building is three storeys high and also has a residential basement. The building is decorated with columns, triangular pediments, and a balcony with a curved fence. Subsequently, the balcony was eliminated, the main entrance was changed, the side wings have street entrances.
