Detailed description
The apartment building was built in 1837 by architect Georg Ruprecht. The first owner is the nobleman L. Scherzer. In 1914, the building was bought by merchant Margolin and reconstructed. The author of the redevelopment was A. Lishnevsky. The structure was a three-storey building in the shape of a corner. The main entrance is decorated with a bas-relief. The entrance to the building is protected by ancient Roman soldiers in armor.
