Apartment house of D.R. Sorokin

The building was built in 1896-1897 by architect Barankeev. In the multi-level front hall, you can find wooden doors, a fireplace, and a patterned staircase. The house is an architectural monument. In 2001, it was included in the "Catalog of newly Discovered objects of other historical, scientific, artistic or cultural value."
