It is a picturesque wooden two-storey building with a bay window. It was built around 1890 according to the design of architect V. A. Simov for the founder and one of the members of the Moscow Society of Literature and Art I.N. Grekov. Locals call this building "Grekovka". Currently, the building is a cultural heritage site and is protected by the state.

Представляет собой живописное деревянное двухэтажное здание с эркером. Была построена около 1890 года по проекту архитектора Симова В. А. для учредителя и одного из членов Московского общества литературы и искусства И.Н. Грекова. Местные называют это здание "Грековка". В настоящее время здание является объектом культурного наследия и охраняется государством.
