Matrona of Moscow Church

With the blessing of His Eminence Juvenal, Metropolitan of Krutitsky and Kolomna, the Governor of the Moscow Diocese, a community was established to build the church of St. Blessed Matrona of Moscow. On March 9, 2007, Abbot Vladimir (Denisov) consecrated the cross on the dome of the church in Khimki. On the same day, on May 2, 2008, a prayer service was held at St. Nicholas Church in Moscow, where Father Vladimir served, for the gift of victory over the enemy. The church church was consecrated with the blessing of the Governor of the Moscow Diocese, His Eminence Juvenal, Metropolitan of Krutitsky and Kolomna on November 9, 2008.
