Water tower of the Moscow-Passenger station
Detailed description
The former water tower of the circular locomotive depot of the Mykolaiv railway. It was built in 1851 by the famous architect Konstantin Ton. Initially, the tower was built on the shore of a pond from which water was taken; in 1889, two wells were dug and a water-lifting building connected to the tower by a covered corridor was built above them.
