The museum of the 157th Neman Rifle Division is small, its area is 70 square meters and it is located on the school grounds. The museum was established in 1983 by teachers and students of the school with the support of veterans. The museum contains the history of the division's formation. The story of the liberation of Belarus, the battles in Lithuania, the Far East, the defeat of Japan and the Victory Day Parade. For excellent military services on the Neman River, the division was awarded the name “Nemanskaya". The museum presents documents about the history of the Russian army before October 1917. The exhibition features photographs, front-line letters, and diaries. Of particular note are the letters of the Hero of the Soviet Union, Major A.I. Tarnopolsky, to his wife, about 500 pieces. The museum has a lot of authentic materials, each exhibit has its own history and its own value. There is an archive and a scientific library. The merit of the museum is that it carries out historical and educational activities, many visitors learn information about the military exploits of their ancestors, and leave many thanks to the museum.
