The talented architect Mikhail Ivanovich von Wilken built the house in just one year in 1914-1915. The house was occupied very quickly, and the most famous microbiologist and epidemiologist N.F. Gamaley and engineer S.I. Minash lived in it. In 2008, the house was declared an emergency for demolition, but during the re-examination, the house was saved, and major repairs were carried out in 2019.

Талантливый архитектор Михаил Иванович фон Вилькен построил дом всего за год в 1914-1915 годах. Дом очень быстро был заселен, в нем проживали известнейший микробиолог и эпидемиолог Н.Ф. Гамалей, инженер С.И. Минаш. В 2008 году дом был объявлен аварийным под снос, но при проведении повторной экспертизы дом был спасен, в 2019 году проведен капитальный ремонт.
