The building for the Tenishevsky Commercial College was built in 1900. In the process of architectural treatment of facades and sections, the goal was set to achieve elegance, despite the extreme simplicity of the forms. It was important to create an environment that has an educational impact on children. Now the educational theater "On Mokhovaya" is located in the building.
